Q. What is this website? is a shop where you can purchase copies of artwork created by Chris Hotton, an award winning photographer who specialises in landscape and wildlife photography.

Q. Where do the pictures come from?

The pictures showcased on this website were taken by christopher Hotton. To find out more about him go to our About page.

Q. What size can I get these pictures in?

At the moment we only offer images in A4 and A3 mounted prints. These prints are designed to fit into standard size frames available at any picture frame outlet. In the future, we will be adding more options to the types of prints.

Q. What about canvas prints?

If you wish for a canvas print of one of our pictures, please email us at and provide us with the details of the image you would like on canvas and what size you would like (in inches). We will respond with a quote and details of how to proceed.

Q. Where do you deliver to?

At the moment, we only deliver to the UK. We hope to add international delivery soon. In the mean time, if you wish to purchase a print from outside the UK, please email us at with more information and we will respond with a quote and details of how to proceed.

Q. How long will delivery take?

We rely on the Royal Mail for delivery. For UK deliveries, please allow 3-5 working days for your purchases to arrive. The cost of delivery is included in the price.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major types of debit and credit cards with the exception of American Express. We also accept direct Paypal Payments.

Q. Is this site secure?

Yes. This site uses modern encryption (256bit encryption using TSL 1.2) to secure any data being transferred between this site and our servers. You should see a little padlock next to the address bar when you are on our payment screens.

Q. Can I copy these pictures off your site?

It depends. These pictures are protected under the Copyright, Design and Patents Act 1988 and cannot be used for commercial uses under any circumstances. If you wish to use them for personal use, please write to us at with details on which image(s) and how you wish to use them and we will consider it.

Q. When I make a purchase, why does my Paypal transaction ID differ from my Order ID?

This is an interesting by-product of using Paypal. The 'Order ID' presented to you is our 'seller' transaction ID. It allows us to easily find your payment on our system if we need to. The 'Transaction ID' you get from Paypal when you make a payment is your 'buyer' transaction ID. It allows you to track the payment made from your end. They both should point to the same payment.

Q. I want to return my purchase, what can I do?

We offer a 14 day return policy where the customer can return any purchased products to us within 14 days of receiving them and we will provide a full refund without question. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning any products to us. Any returns must be in saleable condition and in original packaging (minus any postage packaging).

If the product(s) is damaged or faulty in any way, the customer can return them to us within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund or a replacement. The customer must specify which they want when they return the products to us.

Any products returned to us after these timeframes will be subject to review and we reserve the right to refuse refunds.
